Airport and Transport
The George airport is 20-30 minutes away from the hotel.
A cheaper alternative to renting a car will be to arrange transfers with the hotel.
Internet
There will be internet facilities available at the hotel. The costing details are currently under investigation.
Sunset Cruise
We plan to leave from the hotel at 17:00 to be ready to leave on the cruise by 18:00 in Knysna. The possibility of organising coaches is investigated – depending on the cost. The other alternative would be for delegates to use private transport.

Media at Sessions
A PC and data projector will be provided at each venue. Speakers are welcome to use their own laptops if they so wish.
Office 2007 software will be used.
