The SAICSIT 2007 conference will take place at the coastal Fish River Sun Resort, in a setting of natural heritage and tranquil beauty. The resort is approximately 185km from Port Elizabeth and 100km from East London, between the Great Fish and Mpekweni rivers.

The rates for Monday are different since we are planning a sunset cruise on the Kowie River that evening, which is included in the conference fee. People who do not wish to go on the sunset cruise would have to make their own arrangements for dinner on the Monday evening. The hotel package deal unfortunately does not allow for different "types" of bookings for different delegates. One option would be to book dinner for that evening with the hotel, or to have dinner at a restaurant in Port Alfred.
Delegates are responsible for all arrangements pertaining to their own accommodation bookings. For bookings at Fish River Sun, phone Anne Jacobs at 041-5831968 or apjacobs@sunint.co.za in order to qualify for conference rates. A limited number fo rooms have been blocked for conference delegates. The hotel is busy and it is thus "first come first served". Alternative accommodation is available at Mpekweni Sun, as well as in Port Alfred.
Delegates who do not stay at the Fish River Sun will have to pay an additional R100.00 for the gala dinner on the Tuesday evening.
