Submit your completed paper to Research Coordinator Prof Robert Rugimbana on or before 30 May 2008. (Earlier submissions are highly encouraged.) Receipt of your paper will be acknowledged and papers will be reviewed and returned within a period of 10 working days. Research-in-progress papers can also be submitted. |

Full papers should not exceed 25 double-spaced pages, plus exhibits, references and appendices. Papers should be submitted in ONE file, including all exhibits and appendices. |

Each paper should have a title page with the author’s names, affiliations, email addresses, telephone and fax numbers. Multiple authored papers should indicate the contact person. |

Manuscripts submitted will be double-blind, peer reviewed by a selected panel. Preference will be given to manuscripts based on empirical findings. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings, to be available at registration. |

Papers should not have been previously published, accepted for publication or under consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere. |

Authors submitting papers must agree to return by email attachment, a copy of the final draft of an accepted paper to Prof Rugimbana before July 27, 2008. Accepted papers will be published in the referred proceedings on a CD-Rom format. Accepted papers should be prepared using the Harvard Referencing format. |

Qualifying papers will also, with the permission of the authors, be submitted for publication in an academic journal. |

At least one author must register for and attend the conference to present the paper. All conference attendees must register. |
