Important Dates to Remember

  • 30 November 2009: Deadline for submission of abstracts
  • 30 November 2009: Deadline for qualification for the reduced rate for early registration
  • 15 December 2009: Notification of acceptance of Abstracts
  • 31 March 2010: Deadline for registration and payment

Participants at the conference will be restricted in number by the facilities available so early registration is recommended

Congress Language

The official language of the conference is English. No translation will be provided.

Passport and visa requirements

This is the responsibility of the participants. If you are in doubt of visa requirements, you are advised to contact the nearest South African consulate or embassy in advance of your intended travel date.

Liability and insurance

The Congress organisers are not able to take any responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage involving persons or property during the congress. Participants are advised to take out their own personal insurance.

Travel

To get to Port Elizabeth you would have to fly into either Johannesburg, Cape Town or Durban and then onto to Port Elizabeth after clearing customs.
