The development of an Aquaculture enterprise being the growing and sale of fresh water crayfish (Marron). The enterprise will be based at the existing fish research station located in the Amalinda Nature Reserve (Amalinda Fish Station). The local community through the Amalinda Agricultural Maricultural Trust, have secured lease of the facility from the ECDC. Further activity will be environmental maintenance and alien vegetation removal in the area.
